The Autumn Equinox, often called Mabon, marks the second harvest and a time of balance between light and dark. While its modern name has Welsh roots, the heart of the celebration is about gratitude, abundance, and preparing for the turning of the year. From apples and cornucopias to warm autumn colors, this season invites reflection and renewal. For me, it’s also the perfect time to refresh my altar and honor the shifting seasons in simple, meaningful ways.
