It’s Not Just To Celebrate You
Hello, lovelies!
Happy Monday and welcome back to the blog. Last week was a little weird because A) I didn’t have a blog post for Wednesday and B) I totally didn’t film any of my normal tea ritual videos. I also didn’t drink any of my tea last week for some reason as well. So the plan this week is to make sure I get back to the normal routine in the morning as well as do some fun things like back to streaming on my Twitch channel.
Also, yesterday was my birthday. I’m now officially 28. The weekend was pretty amazing and honestly the celebrating isn’t over just yet. Mom is coming up this weekend for Mother’s Day so we can celebrate both that and my birthday together. I’ll most likely get with a few friends in the next few weeks to celebrate as well.
To be honest this is why women need the whole month of their birth for their birthday. Too many people to try to celebrate with in one day – especially during a pandemic. So it’s totally okay.
But today’s topic centers around how your Birthday is magick for you. It is your day to truly focus in on manifesting things because a lot of the energy surrounding you is focused directly on you. With that, you can do some amazing manifestation. Using that energy of well-wishes can be so amazing to create something.
For me, I’ve started in the last year thanks to Between the Worlds Podcast focusing on figuring out what my Tarot Card of the Year is. This focuses in the Major Arcana of the tarot and is found in a very simple math problem. Your card is determined by adding the number of your birth month, the day of your birthday, and the current year together. Some people do this differently but I chose a much simpler way from Between the World to use. So mine is the following:
- 5+2+2+21= 30
However, there are only twenty-two cards in the Major Arcana. So we need to simplify this more. So we take the answer we get – for me that’s 30 – and we’re going to add those two numbers together.
- 3 + 0 = 3
The Major Arcana is numbered so I would just go to my tarot deck or look it up online. My 2021 year card is The Empress. Traditionally, The Empress is associated with maternal influence, however, she can also represent the creation of life, romance, art, or new business. To me this is a huge sign for the year to make changes business.
Not only have I made a job change where I am extremely happy and thriving daily, but I also am finally going to take the plunge in the next month or so to make the blog a non-free WordPress site. Yep, you read that correctly, we will soon be switching to just magnoliasandcrystal.com. This also means that I can start offering some pretty amazing things to you all that I’m currently working on trying to finalize.
I found that this year has been so much better than 2020, even if we are still in the middle of a pandemic and still having to wear masks. The future is looking brighter and I can’t wait to share what that is with all of you.
